Mr Pakarian MD FRCOG, trained at Leicester Medical School and carried out most of his training at St Thomas' Medical School and Oxford. He worked as a research fellow at St Thomas' Hospital studying the transmission of papilloma viruses from mother to the baby. He has published numerous papers and abstracts in leading journals and been invited to speak at international meetings.
Mr. F Pakarian is a consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at Worthing and Southlands NHS trust. He practices privately at Goring Hall Hospital and the Nuffield Hospital in Haywards Heath. He also sees patients from all over the Sussex region.
Mr Pakarian has a special interest in pelvic floor surgery, incontinence and minimal access surgery. He is also an accredited Colposcopist with the British Society of Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology. He is the lead colposcopist at Worthing NHS Hospital. |
Mr Pakarian has also had recent press coverage (Daily Mail and Daily Telegraph) with his management of women with heavy painful periods. He uses the Novasure system which improves heavy periods with a very fast recovery. Mr Pakarian is also been invited to write for the 'Embarrassing Body', as in the Channel 4 magazine.
